You’re invited to join us on May 4, 2023 from 4 – 7p for a fun event to launch our new 55+ neighborhood in south Meridian. With our open house format, it’s easy to stop by or stay awhile to take in the sights and sounds! Here’s an outline of the festivities, with driving directions at the bottom of the page.
Tour three Beautifully Decorated Model Homes (4 – 7p): See three different floor plans, ranging from 1,838 s.f. to 2,089 s.f., each exquisitely designed with hand-selected furnishings and home accents for this special occasion.
Visit with Jenni Carrier, interior designer/owner of Jac’s Home Staging (4 – 5p): We’re thrilled to have Jenni available to share her insights on what’s trending in interior design and her perspectives on classic styles.
Outdoor Concert in the Park | The Noteables (5 – 7p): You may recognize some familiar faces from their regular appearances at The Buffalo Club. This cover band will swoon you over with their soft rock and country music especially selected for these special evening.
Be sure to bring your blankets or lawn chairs!
Food trucks on hand:
Good Apple Taphouse (free *): This popular Meridian taphouse is bringing an exciting grouping of three tap beers and one cider, along with wine and seltzers. Please bring your photo i.d. with you. (* Two free drinks per guest.)
Windy’s Drip and Drizzle (free): A fun assortment of gourmet cookies, cupcakes, ice cream floats and more!
Bay East Taco Stop: A favorite food truck will be on-site to serve up dinner…super delicious and great prices!

We’re easy to find off of Lake Hazel Road, but if road construction has access blocked, please take this alternate route from Eagle Road and turn west on Taconic Drive and follow the signs. Here’s a map for reference:
