Upgraded standard interior specifications: The design team elevated special areas throughout the home to feel truly original. We like to say it’s a blend of modern aesthetics with a touch of artisanry. You will see a series of different ceiling details, shiplap and wainscoting trimwork in key areas, abundant custom cabinetry and generous Quartz and tilework. Ability to make selections: Blackrock is now offering buyers the ability to customize their homes, if interested. For homes prior to the framing stage, buyers have the option to choose from a variety of upgrades and/or make their interior selections by touring an array of nearby showrooms, guided by our design team. You will also be able to design your landscaping.

Fenced Yards: All the homes have fully fenced yards, and like always, fencing and landscaping is included in the home price.

Dog Park: Our new neighborhood offers a large fully-fenced dog park. If you’re looking for something on a larger scale, the Discovery Bark Park is just south on Lake Hazel Road, and features both a Small Dog and Large Dog park areas.

Moderate HOA dues: HOA dues are only $900 annually ($75/monthly).
