3 Reasons why NOW is the right time to buy in East Ridge Village

It’s easy to find opinions and perspectives on just about every topic these days, and the real estate industry has no short supply of such conversations. Here at East Ridge Village, there’s a few known facts that we wanted to shine a lens on why NOW is a great time to buy a new home in this neighborhood.

 

 

Reason #1: Interior Location

Blackrock Homes recently completed a wave of homes to create the interior streetscape along Zemo Lane. In general, interior streets benefit from the surrounding homes and landscape material as a buffer from noise and traffic. Zemo Lane is designed for homes that offer south-facing driveways and north-facing patios and backyards. South-facing driveways are easier to maintain in the winter months, with most snowfall melting by late afternoon. These north-facing patios are oversized, covered, and overlook fully-fenced and landscaped backyards for supreme privacy. There haven’t been rates this appealing since April of 2023. Be sure to speak with the lender of your choice, or our preferred lenders to get the best loan product for you.

 

Reason #3: Price

Along with the great interest rates is extraordinary pricing. Here at East Ridge Village, the prices always include both the lot and the home, with full fencing and full landscaping. The Pinnacle Series standard set of specifications is so deluxe that it will knock your socks off for the value!
