Modern accents update a Craftsman look on Jado Lane

 
First impressions and curb appeal are literally synonyms in real estate. Here in the gated community of East Ridge Village, it could be said that each model home has its own special aha moment, highlighting gable rooflines and generous stone accents with a variety of exterior paint colors for a beautiful, pleasing streetscape.   
 
It was an unexpected surprise to see a new “look” begin to emerge at 6333 S. Jado Lane. The design team at Blackrock Homes added a new elevation to the Chandler collection, leaning in to a bungalow-style with Craftsman elements. The column near the front door, abundant shake siding and lower-pitch rooflines are all quite common in Craftsman-styled homes. In this particular home the design team added a modern twist by using a creamy white palette paired with gray/beige “greige” stone accents.
