We’re excited to announce that Blackrock Homes now accepts contracts on homes at the pre-framing stage or later. Previously, homes needed to be at the sheetrock stage before pricing would be finalized and made available to purchase. However, to stay current with our fluid market, this policy has been modified.

This is your chance to get a jump start if you’ve been waiting for your Blackrock-built home to be ready to purchase in our beautiful gated community.  The construction timeline generally takes four months once framing starts. Another point of reference: the sheetrock stage is usually at the halfway point – or 60 days to move-in ready.

“Homes Under Construction” are at pre-framing or other early stages of construction, and are referenced by gray shaded lots, and interior finish options, completion and pricing can be determined upon request. Lots that are shaded dark green indicate the home is complete and listed on MLS.  Lots that are light green indicate homes that are nearing completion with the interior finishes already selected by the design team; these homes are available to purchase as well.  Please see the Key for other color-coded references.
