Thanks so much for stopping by our site. If you’re looking for a quiet setting in south Meridian, especially designed for active adult living, you’ve come to the right place. East Ridge Village is a gated neighborhood by Blackrock Homes, a Meridian-based homebuilder, with over 20 years’ experience of building entirely or in part, some of the most popular communities in our Boise region. Here at East Ridge Village, we’re striving to create a beautiful and peaceful setting, with homes that feature an exquisite level of interior finishes. At this time, Blackrock Homes is only building Quick Move-In Homes.
Since opening our doors in November 2022, we have a handful of homeowners already calling East Ridge Village home, and have several homes pending. There are nearly 100 homes planned within the gates, spanning two phases. If the market and our projections coincide, the goal is to finish our last home at the end of 2025. Our 1.3 +/- acre private park includes an enclosed dog park and a lovely gazebo that is ideal for gatherings or entertainment.
Below are common questions that come up:
Floor plans: There are three single level floor plans to choose from, ranging from over 1,800 s.f. to approximately 2,100 s.f. All have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2-car garages (sometimes oversized). Currently, the starting price range is $574,900.
What’s included in the price: Fencing and landscaping is included in the home price. The homesites are all considered “small” (6,000 s.f. or less), with an average lot width of 50 feet.
A word about HOA: HOA dues are $75 per month. This covers maintenance on the park and common areas, the gate system, and irrigation water. The CCRs (CCRs) are designed to maintain the long-term value of this community and an HOA Manager is available to answer any questions that arise. By design, homeowners have the freedom to perform their own lawncare and snow removal, or to coordinate with an appropriate service provider of their choice.
Pets: Two pets are the maximum allowed per household.
